Profile (brief history)

Wayne Ferrell, M.A.A, R.A, NCARB of ARCHITECT1.COM Architecture, has been working in the field of architecture since 1977 (over 35 years), and in business for himself since 1988 (over 25 years). This is Mr. Ferrell's corporate architectural design division that caters to the very best national clientele.   Mr. Ferrell, now licensed in 9 states and he has the envied NCARB Certificion that allows him to work almost anywhere in the world, has designed and produced complete site plans and architectural drawings for work on countless projects of every type imaginable, from San Francisco to New York City, Chicago, Maine, Virginia, Jacksonville, Florida, Tampa bay, and greater Miami, and even all the way to Poland, Costa Rica, St. Croix, Virgin Islands and Brazil, many of which were joint ventures with his sister, Stephanie Ferrell, FAIA.  Mr. Ferrell has also provided construction administration, field representation, and field inspection services.  Mr. Ferrell has appeared on HGTV countless times, Deco Drive TV 4 times, Channel 6 TV Orlando, Channel 13 Tampa, and has been published in a variety of magazines and newspapers regarding a large variety of commercial and residential work.  The firm designs on average 100+ jobs per year.
